Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saccharification treatment agent and a saccharification method for subjecting a material containing cellulose and lignin to oxidative phosphate-producing and hydrolyzing reactions with a mixture solution of hydrogen peroxide-containing phosphoric acid solution with a pineapple enzyme in a low cost installation under the consideration of environments and safety to produce monosaccharides such as glucose (CHO), mannose (CHO) and xylose (CHO).SOLUTION: The saccharification treatment agent and the saccharification method comprise easily oxidizing a lignin-containing substance with hydrogen peroxide and the pineapple enzyme having a high oxidation-degradation activity catalyst efficacy in a strongly acidic region in an ortho phosphoric acid solution at a relatively low temperature to produce a phosphate, and then hydrolyzing the phosphate to produce the monosaccharides such as glucose, mannose, and xylose.
