PERMANENT-MAGNET ELECTRIC MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short-circuiting of magnet magnetic flux and suppress torque deterioration in a permanent-magnet electric motor subjected to the so-called "row-to-row skew".SOLUTION: The permanent-magnet electric motor includes a plurality of rotors 22a, 22b that include a plurality of permanent magnets 23a, 23b standing circumferentially and stand in series in a direction of a motor shaft 21, and stators 31a, 31b that are disposed concentrically to the rotors 22a, 22b and include winding wires 32a, 32b. In the permanent-magnet electric motor, the plurality of permanent magnets 23a, 23b erected circumferentially slidably between the rotors 22a, 22b adjacent in the motor shaft direction and the distance between the permanent magnets 23a, 23b adjacent in an axial direction is shorter than that between the adjacent rotors 22a, 22b in at least one of boundaries between the adjacent rotors 22a, 22b.
