LOGIC CIRCUIT USING PASS TRANSISTOR, SELECTOR CIRCUIT, MULTI-INPUT LOOKUP TABLE CIRCUIT OR MULTI-INPUT MULTIPLEXER CIRCUIT, AND INTEGRATED CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logic circuit using a pass transistor in which leakage current flowing through the pass transistor is reduced, an increase in proportion of the number of the pass transistors to an increase in the number of inputs is small, and to provide an integrated circuit.SOLUTION: The logic circuit uses a pass transistor MN1 which has a drain applied with a first logic signal of a low logic signal amplitude of a low power supply voltage circuit and controls as to whether or not the logic signal is transmitted to the source by using a second logic signal to be applied to the gate. The logic circuit has a first CMOS inverter INVH1 for applying a third logic signal of a low logic signal amplitude of the low power supply voltage circuit to an input node and operating at a high power supply voltage, the voltage change range of the third logic signal is between the high power supply potential and low power supply potential of the high power supply voltage, the high power supply potential and the low power supply potential of the high power supply voltage are set so as to include the transition region of the INVH1, and an output signal of the INVH1 in which the difference between the high power supply potential of the high power supply voltage and the low power supply potential thereof is set larger than a threshold voltage of the pass transistor is used as a second logic signal.
