PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera in which a subject can be disposed at a desired position within a photographic image, thereby reducing a burden on a user.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a camera connectable with a fixing device. The fixing device includes a communication means for communicating with the camera, and a driving means for driving the camera so as to change a photographing direction of the camera according to a control signal through the communication means. The camera includes: a designation means for designating a position to arrange a subject as a target position in response to operation from a user; an image capturing means for sequentially capturing images including the subject; a detection means for detecting the position of the subject included in the images; and a transmission means which transmits a control signal for controlling the driving means in such a way that the position of the subject comes to the target position.
