Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a range of sensible ambient light to increase resolution with a low illuminance.SOLUTION: A photosensing circuit includes: P1 coupled between a first reference voltage and a second power source; P2 coupled between a gate electrode and a second electrode of P1 to apply a first control signal to its gate electrode; P3 coupled between the first reference voltage and P1 to apply a second control signal to its gate electrode; P4 coupled between a second power source and P1 to apply an inverted second control signal to its gate electrode; PD coupled between a second reference voltage and a third reference voltage; P5 coupled between the second reference voltage and a cathode of PD to apply the first control signal to its gate electrode; C1 coupled between a cathode of PD and a third reference voltage; P6 coupled between the cathode of PD and a first electrode of C1 to apply a third control signal to its gate electrode; and C2 coupled between the gate electrode of P1 and the first electrode of C1.
