Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device, capable of improving durability and extending useful life.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device 10 includes: a lens module 14 containing a plurality of lens units 142 provided under a reinforced glass layer 12, a plurality of protruding columns 144 forming a gap Gp between the lens unit 142 and the reinforced glass layer 12, and high-transparency colloid Rub filling the gap Gp; a substrate 16 containing a plurality of receiving units 162 provided so as to correspond to the lens module 14, respectively; and a heat radiating unit 18 which is provided to the bottom of the substrate 16 for performing heat radiation of the receiving unit 162.
