Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch screen panel in which first sensing cells arranged in a first direction and second sensing cells arranged in a second direction are formed on the same layer, and first connection patterns an/or second connection patterns are made of a same material as that of a metal pattern formed at the periphery of the touch screen panel to reduce static electricity vulnerability of the connection patterns.SOLUTION: A touch screen panel includes: a flat panel display including an upper substrate, a lower substrate, and pixels arranged on the display region of the lower substrate in a stripe arrangement; first sensing cells arranged in a first direction and second sensing cells arranged in a second direction on the upper substrate of the flat display panel; first connection patterns electrically connecting adjacent ones of the first sensing cells to each other; and second connection patterns electrically connecting adjacent ones of the second sensing cells to each other, wherein at least one of the first connection patterns and the second connection patterns is inclined so that it does not completely overlap the pixels.
