PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify users who utilize mobile devices including mobile terminals, for each specific application without making the users to perform explicit operations.SOLUTION: One or more pieces of action information of a registered user utilizing a mobile device are collected, and each of the one or more pieces of action information is stored as an action history, and profile information is generated by one or more analysis algorithms using one or more pieces of characteristic feature quantity information of the registered user from one or more action histories. One or more pieces of profile information are stored for each user. When a use request for a specific application from a user using a mobile device is detected, action information of the user on the mobile device is obtained, and one or more analysis algorithms used for generation of respective pieces of profile information are applied, and action information of the user and profile information of registered users are used to identify whether the user is a registered user.
