The information providing device 122 includes: a destination obtaining part for obtaining destination information indicating the destination of an occupant; a facility determining part for determining facility identification information indicating a facility to be the next stop candidate and privilege information indicating a privilege received when stopping at the facility, based on the destination indicated in the obtained destination information; and a medium recording part for recording the determined facility identification information and privilege information on a paper medium. The privilege providing device 124 includes a privilege information obtaining part for obtaining privilege information recorded on the paper medium, and a privilege providing part for providing the privilege indicated in the privilege information when the privilege providing device is provided in the facility.
