SPINNING PACK AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FILAMENT YARN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning pack that exhibits effects of obtaining a yarn having excellent spinning stability, a small fineness unevenness and improved quality such as strength, elongation, or the like.SOLUTION: The spinning pack for spinning a thermoplastic polymer as a filament yarn includes an upper lid 1, a distribution plate 2, a filter element, a perforated plate 4 and a spinneret 5 which are packed in a cylindrical spinning pack body. The distribution plate is arranged between the lower surface of the upper lid and the plate and between the inner wall surface of the spinning pack body and the plate at intervals, a circumference top surface channel 10 is formed between the circumference top surface of the distribution plate and the lower surface of the upper lid, a circumference lower surface channel 11 is formed between the circumference lower surface of the distribution plate and the filter element, the circumference top surface channel communicates with the circumference lower surface channel in a gap between the distribution plate and the internal wall surface of the spinning pack body, a central expansion channel 9 which communicates with a central channel 8 is formed between the central expansion lower surface of the distribution plate and the filter element and the pitch circle diameter of distribution hole 13 in the top surface of the perforated plate is 85-105% of the maximum diameter of the central expansion lower surface of the distribution plate.
