In a state that an upper opening 11 is kept in a circle an upper side part from the jig 1 is constricted on the inner side of the opening 11 by heating to make a welding piece 13, on top of this the other end material is overlapped to weld, and thereafter, the jig 1 converted from the ring shape to the bow shape is taken out from a nozzle 15 of the top plate.
