Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror having excellent performance allowing a user to open a lid at a large angle with respect to a mirror body and to use the mirror by fixing at an arbitrary opening angle.SOLUTION: A mirror arm 2 of the mirror body 1, a lid arm 4 of the lid 3 and a block 5 are journalled by a roll pin so as to form a first hinge 2A on the mirror body side and a second hinge 4A on the lid side. The mirror body 1 and the lid 3 are connected by increasing a rotary torque of the second hinge 4A greater than that of the first hinge 2A. A small projection 3A is formed so as to butt against the block 5 at a position facing the block 5 in a lower part of an inner surface of the lid so that an angle formed by the lid 3 and the block 5 during rotating is approximately more than 90°. A cup surface 2B having the radius approximately equal to an outer periphery 4B of a lid-side arm shaft is formed outside the mirror arm 4. A curved surface 4C and a curved surface 4D more projected than the curved surface 4C are formed on the outer periphery 4B of a shaft of the lid arm 4 corresponding to a position of the cup surface 2B so that the curved surface 4C rotates by rubbing against the cup surface 2B and that frictional resistance to the cup surface is increased. A notch surface 4E is formed on an outer end surface 2C of the cup surface 2B so that the curved surface 4C does not hit against it.
