AUTONOMOUS LOAD REDUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous load reducing device ensuring accuracy and achieving both miniaturization and cost reduction. SOLUTION: The autonomous load reducing device 100 includes: a structure including a first band pass filter 102 comprising an analog circuit having an operational amplifier 102a and allowing the AC power of a lower frequency band than a rated frequency to pass; a second band pass filter 104 comprising an analog circuit having an operational amplifier 102a and allowing the AC power of a higher frequency band than a rated frequency to pass; a subtractor 106 for outputting a difference in output voltage between the first band pass filter 102 and the second band pass filter 104; a divider 108 for outputting a difference in voltage ratio by dividing the voltage difference by a voltage applied from the power system; a discriminator 110 for discriminating whether the voltage ratio is not less than a predetermined threshold value or not; and an apparatus control part 112 for reducing the load of the system when the discriminator 110 discriminates that the voltage ratio is not less than the threshold value.
