COMMUNICATION CONTROL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the possibility of being able to complete communication, even when a calling destination is unable to cope with the communication in a communication mode selected at the beginning. SOLUTION: A protocol processing unit 1b transmits to an NGN 6 calling information (INVITE command), including mode information (m=application) representing an application mode, according to the occurrence of a request for transmitting transmission object data. A main control unit 1e performs first processing for transmitting the transmission object data by using the application mode, as it is, in response to the notification of being communicable from the NGN 6 as a response to the calling information. The main control unit 1e perform second processing for transmitting the transmission object data, by using an audio mode after converting the transmission object data into transmission data transmittable in the audio mode, in response to the notification of being uncommunicable from the NGN 6 as response to the calling information.
