Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte layer with a high safety capable of maintaining an excellent ion conductivity and controlling the occurrence of liquid leakage effectively. SOLUTION: The solid-liquid hybrid electrolyte layer is composed of porous cured resin (A) and an ion conductor (B) containing liquid, and the porous cured resin (A) has holes of a hole diameter of 0.1 μm -100 μm and the ion conductor (B) is arranged inside the holes.
