Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformant for producing a glycine repetitive sequence protein, which becomes a high-performance multiple use material having a commercially more value as medicines, industrial products, cosmetics, foods, etc., in a state in which original properties are not damaged. SOLUTION: The transformant of the following (1)-(3) is obtained by introducing a polynucleotide having a base sequence encoding amino acid sequences of all the proteins of (1) a cyclophilin-based protein having affinity to cyclosporin A, (2) a proline hydroxylase and (3) a glycine repetitive sequence protein having : a polypeptide chain having the following characteristics (A) and (B) in the glycine repetitive sequence protein has a continuous Gly-Xaa-Yaa repetitive sequence, and : an imino acid is contained in a continuous Gly-Xaa-Yaa repetitive sequence of a polypeptide chain in the glycine repetitive sequence protein into microbial cells.
