CONDITION INFORMATION NOTIFICATION SYSTEM OF ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify condition information showing a present state of an elevator from a distant place. SOLUTION: The condition information notification system of the elevator includes: a landing call button 14, a display part 15 and a voice generator 16 provided in a landing 1i of each floor; a portable terminal 6 connected to a communication network 4 connecting a control device 2 and a maintenance service center 7 in a distant place by wireless so as to transmit mode type information regarding a specified elevator unit and held by a maintenance person; the maintenance service center 7 transmitting the predetermined condition information to the control device controlling operation of the specified elevator unit when the mode type information is received; and the control device 2 having a condition information display means for displaying the condition information on the display part 15 of each of the landings 1i when the condition information is received, and a voice notification means for notifying the condition information from the voice generator 16 when landing call operation is received from the landing call button.
