Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety by preventing the backflow of a puncture sealing agent. SOLUTION: A cap body 33 includes an air passage 31 comprising a vertical passage part 31A extending downward from an air passage upper opening 31a, a lateral passage part 31B extending sideways from an air intake port 31b, and a connecting passage part 31C connecting therebetween. Compressed air is supplied into a bottle container 3 through the air passage 31, and a backflow preventing device 22 is disposed in the air passage 31. The cap body 33 includes a vertical hole 40 comprising first to fourth vertical hole parts 40A-40D with the inner diameters increased stepwise, and the first to third vertical hole parts 40A-40C form the vertical passage part 31A. A valve seat case 42 provided with the connecting passage part 31C is inserted in the fourth vertical hole part 40D. The backflow preventing means 22 includes a valve seat 23 disposed at the upper end of the valve seat case 42; a spherical valve 24 loosely inserted in the third vertical hole part 40C, and a biasing spring 25 arranged in the second vertical hole part 40B to energize the spherical valve 24 toward the valve seat 23.
