Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve satisfactory function and cooperation among devices that provide credit call service in an IP network. SOLUTION: In an IP network, an application server (AS14) and a media server (MS15) are connected. When a predetermined access code is dialed from a user terminal 10A, the AS 14 is started. The AS14 instructs the MS15 to transmit a necessary tone or voice guidance and to receive a subsequent number to be input by dial button operation of the user terminal 10A. The MS15 transmits a tone or voice guidance to the user terminal 10A, and receives the subsequent number from the user terminal 10A according to the direction by the AS14. The AS14 obtains necessary information including designation of a recipient from the received subsequent number received by the MS15 to establish a post-pay call channel between the user terminal 10A and a recipient terminal 10B.
