Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive substrate for a solar cell, capable of exhibiting a sufficiently superior light confinement effect, and capable of sufficiently enhancing the efficiency of photoelectric conversion of the solar cell when used as the transparent conductive substrate for the solar cell. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive substrate for the solar cell includes a transparent support substrate 11, a transparent conductive layer 13, and a cured resin layer 12 arranged between the transparent support substrate 11 and the transparent conductive layer 13. On a surface of the cured resin layer 12 facing the transparent conductive layer 13, irregularities are formed, and when an analysis image of the irregularities obtained by analyzing a shape of the irregularities by an atomic force microscope is subjected to a two-dimensional fast Fourier transform treatment so that a Fourier transform image is obtained, the Fourier transform image shows a toric or circular pattern substantially centered around origin in which an absolute value of a wave number is 0 μm-1, and the toric or circular pattern exists in a region where the absolute value of the wave number is within the range of 0.5 to 10 μm-1.
