Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated ceramic capacitor which has excellent characteristics such as dielectric characteristics, insulation properties, temperature characteristics, and high-temperature load characteristics and excellent thermal shock resistance even if dielectric ceramic layers are further thinned and multi-layered. SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic capacitor has dielectric ceramic layers 6a-6g mainly composed of a barium titanate-based compound expressed by a general formula ABO3, and internal electrodes 2a-2h mainly composed of Ni. The dielectric ceramic layer and the internal electrode are alternately laminated. A crystalline oxide containing at least Mg and Li is present at least in either the internal electrodes 2a-2h and the dielectric ceramic layers 6a-6g.
