PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an alert to an operation having a high risk of information leakage by discriminating operation contents. SOLUTION: An agent 122 monitors an operation, etc., to a dialog displayed on the screen of a client PC 121, gives an identifier showing a place to obtain the file to the file when the file is selected by the operation to the displayed dialog, discriminates an output destination of the file, and discriminates an input-output source of an additional file when the file is transmitted as the additional file, and generates an alert by determining that a fraudulent operation is executed and transmits the generated alert to a management server 111 when the output destination of the additional file is a web server 131 outside an organization and the input-output source of the additional file is a mail server 114.
