QUESTION RECOMMENDING DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend a question having a high possibility of being selected as a right reply by a questioner if a user answers in a QA service on the Internet. SOLUTION: The amount of the knowledge of an answer to a word of a question is stored in a knowledge information table for each user, when selected as a right reply, the amount of knowledge is reflected on a right knowledge information table, the weight of the word of the question is calculated, the weight is multiplied by the knowledge of the word, a load sum of the intensity (score0of knowledge coincidence degree table) of a relation between the user and the question and the intensity (score1of right knowledge coincidence degree table) of a relation between users limited to a right reply and the question is thereby calculated to calculate a recommendation score, thus selecting N high-order questions.
