MERCHANDISE SALES DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM, MERCHANDISE SALES DATA PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND CONTROL PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for processing sales data of commercial transaction by a net supermarket selling system. SOLUTION: A merchandise sales data processing apparatus is provided with a database for storing order merchandise information recorded in a slip identified by the slip identifying information of each slip indicating the details of merchandise whose order has been accepted via a network. The merchandise sales data processing apparatus is configured, when the slip identification information for identifying the slip is read, to fetch order merchandise information, including the merchandise identification codes of all the merchandise recorded in the slip identified by the slip identifying information and the unit prices and the number of order points, when the order is accepted from the database, and records it in a storage part. The merchandise sales data processing apparatus is configured to accept the entry of the merchandise identifying code of canceled merchandise among respective merchandise recorded in the slip, and, when the input is accepted, to delete the order merchandise information of the merchandise specified by the merchandise identifying code from the storage part. The merchandise sales data processing apparatus is configured, to perform the sales processing of the sales data of the merchandise whose order has been accepted via the network, based on the order merchandise information stored in the storage part.
