Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter in which high image quality is obtained and further, an image which is suppressed in blur and has desired resolution is presented and an image forming method for forming the printed matter or to provide an image forming method capable of obtaining the high image quality in the printed matter formed while saving energy and further, obtaining the printed matter in which the image which is suppressed in blur and has the desired resolution is presented. SOLUTION: The printed matter is configured in such a manner that a toner holding material layer is stacked on an image support base material and a toner image formed by toner particles is held by the toner holding material layer. The toner holding material layer is configured in such a manner that fine particles for suppressing a toner particle positional deviation are dispersed in a toner holding material.
