Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time synchronization device capable of outputting a synchronization timing signal accurately even when a GPS satellite radio wave cannot be received, and to provide a time synchronization correction method therefor. SOLUTION: A built-in oscillator 1 outputs to an oscillation control part 3, a phase difference signal between 1 pps signal from a GPS receiver R and a clock to be outputted, and an oscillation frequency control signal for removing the phase difference is outputted to the built-in oscillator 1. When the 1 pps signals is interrupted, the oscillation control part 3 generates and outputs to the built-in oscillator 1, an oscillation frequency control signal for correcting a drift from a drift amount of a frequency of the built-in oscillator 1 per unit time measured and recorded beforehand from a drift recording part 5 of a log part LG and a signal interruption time recording part 6, and an interruption time, and a timing signal generation part 2 outputs to the outside, a synchronization timing signal generated by the clock from the built-in oscillator 1.
