Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement method by which the size of an improved body formed in the ground can be easily and surely confirmed when conversion of the ground into mud by high pressure water and the like and filling of a filler are performed by different processes, and to provide a control system for the ground improvement method. SOLUTION: The ground improvement method includes a process for converting the inside of the ground G into the mud by high pressure water and/or compressed air, a process for sending the filler into the ground converted into the mud for forming an improved body in the ground, a process for pushing out the mud to the outside by sending the filler, a process for confirming that the filler is pushed out following the mud pushed out to the outside, and a process for measuring the filled amount of the filler sent into the ground. A filling completion time of the filler in the ground is determined based on the confirmation result on the filler, and based on a measurement result of the filled amount of the filler at the determination thereof, the size of the improved body formed in the ground is confirmed.
