SOLUTION: The tending machine 1 having a handle 52 which is projected from an engine frame 11 of machine frame and has grips 53L, 53R at the projected end, a handle-adjusting lever 57 which is a handle height-adjusting means capable of adjusting the height of the handle 52 on the basis of the engine frame 11, and a rotary clutch lever 58 which is a clutch-operating means for operating a rotary clutch 47 capable of transmitting or interrupting a power from an engine 12 of driving source to a rotary type tilling device 40 of tilling device, is characterized in that the handle-adjusting lever 57 and the rotary clutch lever 58 are arranged at positions which can be reached by the fingers of a hand gripping the grip 53R.
