Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for more easily assessing objective physiological fatigue, enabling a physiological state to be directly assayed, without imposing any burden on a relevant subject, and to provide an assessing device for the method. SOLUTION: The method for assessing the physiologically fatigued state of a relevant human subject using the expression intensity of a fatigue-related gene is provided; wherein the fatigue-related gene is at least one gene among those specified by the access number Genbank Accession in a nucleic acid database shown in Figs.4 to 9 (only Fig.4 is shown, the others being not shown). The assessing device is also provided, being such that: the DNA complementary to DNA constituting the at least one gene specified by the access number in the nucleic acid database shown in the Figs.4 to 9 is bonded.
