METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INSERTING MAGNET MATERIAL INTO MAGNET HOLE IN MOTOR CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for inserting a magnet material into a magnet hole of a motor core, capable of keeping a lineup state of electromagnetic steel plates of the motor core such as a rotor core, and also capable of preventing a break or a chip from occurring in the magnet material due to the shock at magnet material insertion into the magnet hole. SOLUTION: A rotor core 13 is installed with its axis 30 vertically. A template 18, which has a through hole 17 leading to a magnet hole 15, is fixed onto the rotor core 13. A ball plunger 21 is buried in the template 18, and a pusher 22 is provided with an air suction passage 24. Then, a magnet material 16 is inserted into a communicating hole 17 and then inserted into the magnet hole 15 while being held with a ball plunger 21, and the magnet material 16 is adsorbed by sucking air with an air suction passage 24, thereby completing the insertion of the magnet material 16.
