CAPTURED VIDEO RECORDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a captured video recording device which does not require regular execution of temporal synchronization with another captured video recording device during shooting, and allows a user to easily edit a captured video. SOLUTION: A time ID is generated to be effective only during a predetermined period of time from a time point at which its own clock and a clock of another captured video recording device have just been temporally synchronized with each other. The time ID and device identification information for identifying the another captured video recording device are inserted into a video stream obtained from the captured video for recording on a recording medium.
