SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes a cathode 11, an anode 12, and electrolyte solution having a nonaqueous solvent and electrolyte salt. The nonaqueous solvent contains propylene carbonate, with a content of 40-80 mass% to the nonaqueous solvent, and polyacid and/or a polyacid compound are added in the battery.
