Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve touch panel operation for a projected image of a projector. SOLUTION: A projection part 42 projects an image to a screen 16. A camera 12 picks up an area including at least the image projected to the screen 16. An infrared camera 14 picks up an upper space of the screen 16. A contact determination part 38 determines whether a user's finger is brought into contact with the screen 16, based on the image picked up by the infrared camera 14. When the contact determination part 38 determines contact of the user's finger, a coordinate determination part 34 outputs the coordinates of a tip of the user's finger as a pointing position to the projected image.
