Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomography measuring device that performs reconfiguration of density distribution of fluorescence with high accuracy, based on fluorescence emitted from a living body to be measured with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A measurement head unit 22 includes a light source unit 40 including a light emitting head 68 emitting excitation light and a light emitting head 96 for emitting light having a wavelength of fluorescence, and a plurality of radially disposed light receiving units 42 including a light receiving head 72 receiving fluorescence emitted from a mouse 12 by application of excitation light. In an optical tomography measurement system, light emitted from the light emitting head 96, is applied to the mouse, and then is transmitted through the mouse and received by a light receiving unit 42F opposing the light source unit while sandwiching the mouse to measure the amount of light transmission, a part along a body length direction of the mouse that the measurement head opposes is specified based on the amount of light transmission, and density distribution of fluorescence within the mouse is reconfigured by an optical characteristic value set to the specified part.
