OPTICAL TOMOGRAPHY MEASURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomography measuring device that prevents a decrease in image reconfiguration precision which is caused by decrease in an arithmetic load. SOLUTION: An optical tomography measurement system 10 receives fluorescence emitted from a fluorescent labeling agent in a mouse 12 and radiated from a specimen holder 30 according to excitation light applied to a surface of the specimen holder 30 from a light source unit 40 disposed so that a light axis crosses a body length direction (x-direction) of the specimen holder 30 including the mouse 12. The device corrects measurement data D0to remove fluorescent components emitted from the fluorescent labeling agent deviating from a measurement surface 22A from measurement data D0when applying excitation light to an irradiation position S0on the measurement surface 22A, based on measurement data D1, D2when the excitation light is applied to an irradiation position S1or S2.
