AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system that can be made substantially maintenance-free. SOLUTION: An air conditioner 302 is installed in an underfloor space 4 of a building 1. An air conditioner 3 is constituted by connecting in a ventilable manner an indoor unit 3A of an air conditioner serving as a downstream air conditioning body device having an air conditioning and heating function and a dehumidifying function, to an air washer 3B serving as an upstream gas-liquid contact type air cleaner. The air conditioner 302 includes, on the air washer 3B side, an inside air suction part 31B communicating, through a duct 83, with an exhaust port 6 provided in a floor part 1a of the building 1, and includes, on the indoor unit 3A side of the air conditioner, an above-floor blowoff part 32 communicating, through a duct 82, with an air supply port 7 provided in the floor part 1a of the building 1.
