Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric power consumption and improve confidentiality in a friend recognition system. SOLUTION: An inquiry signal transmission part 9 of a recognizing side device 3 transmits an inquiry signal 5. An inquiry range alignment part 10 aligns a transmission range with an imaging range by a surveillance camera. A reception range alignment part 11 of a recognized side device 7 receiving the inquiry signal 5 aligns a reception range with a transmission range of the inquiry signal 5 immediately upwardly. A response signal transmission part 14 transmits a response signal 8 of a light signal. A response range alignment part 15 approximately aligns a transmission range of the response signal 8 with the imaging range by the surveillance camera, and transmits the response signal 8 to the immediately upward direction where a body exist. The response signal 8 is received by a reception camera 18 via a visual field alignment part 16 of the recognizing side device 3. The visual field alignment part 16 receives the response signal 8, and aligns the reception range with the transmission range of the response signal 8 immediately downwardly.
