Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable adhesive composition having excellent adhesion to olefinic resins such as PP and polyester resins such as PET, not subjected to a surface treatment such as corona treatment, excellent initial cohesion, and excellent compatibility with olefinic resins, etc., such as EVA. SOLUTION: The moisture-curable adhesive composition includes: a urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a crystalline polyester polyol whose number average molecular weight is 2,000-4,000 and/or a polyether polyol whose number average molecular weight is 1,000-3,000 with an aromatic diisocyanate compound, wherein the urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at a molecular terminal; and a maleic acid-modified tackifying resin whose softening point is 100-125°C.
