Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin mold which is a mold for imprinting, made of a resin, and easily releasable and of which the surface has good fine shape precision even in a case that the surface is subjected to hydrophilizing processing. SOLUTION: The resin mold comprises a material containing a resin component (a). The resin component (a) is applied to the smooth surface of a base material having the smooth surface and dried to form a resin layer (A) having a smooth surface to thereby obtain the resin mold of which the static contact angle (X1) measured according to JIS R3257 when 3 μL of water is arranged on the smooth surface of the formed resin layer (A) satisfies a condition (1). The resin component (b) in a material constituting a transfer object is applied to the smooth surface of the base material having the smooth surface and dried to form a resin layer 11 having the smooth surface and, after 3 μL of water 13 is arranged on the smooth surface of the formed resin layer 11, the absolute value θ of the difference between the static contact angle (Y1) and static contact angle (X1) of the resin mold measured according to JIS R3257 is 20-60°.
