METHOD FOR PREVENTING DEPOSITING AND WASHING OF MILKY SPOT AND ITS WASHING APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing depositing and washing of a milky spot after washed and its washing apparatus, which prevent depositing of the milky spot due to a silica component, etc., generated after dried and rust due to a deposition. SOLUTION: In the method for preventing depositing of the milky spot after dried, pure water is made by removing dissolved impurities by a reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane) unit so that the milky spot and rust are not generated after washed and dried due to impurities contained in washing water or rinsing water, and the supply amount of pure water is controlled so that the concentration of impurities of calcium chloride and sodium chloride especially in the rinsing tank is not greater than 10 ppm. The washing apparatus having an ultrasonic generator and a heater for heating in a washing tank of a first tank and a rinsing tank of a second tank includes the reverse osmosis membrane unit for supplying pure water through the second tank to the first tank. In the ultrasonic washing device for preventing depositing of the milky spot after washed, which includes the reverse osmosis membrane unit for supplying pure water through the second tank to the first tank, the supply amount of pure water is controlled by a conductivity sensor to measure the pollution degree in the second tank and the waste water of the reverse osmosis membrane unit is supplied to the washing tank as washing water.
