Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxidized and decarbonated water feeder for water-saving type boiler, capable of stably feeding feed water whose oxygen and carbonic acid components are removed to a boiler, and capable of suppressing salt concentration in the feed water to the boiler. SOLUTION: The water feeder includes: a feed water tank; an oxygen and carbonic acid component remover; a pH lifter for increasing pH of water whose oxygen and carbonic acid components are removed at least to a neutrality level; a first feed water pipe for connecting the feed water tank with the oxygen and carbonic acid component remover through a check valve and a first pump in order; a second feed water pipe for connecting the oxygen and carbonic acid component remover with the pH lifter through a second pump in order; a third feed water pipe for connecting the pH lifter with a demand position through a third pump; and a fourth feed water pipe for connecting the first feed water pipe between the check valve and the first pump with the second feed water pipe between the second pump and the pH lifter. The deoxidized and decarbonated water feeder for boiler is structured so that a part of water in the second feed water is returned to the first feed water pipe and water backflow to the feed water tank is prevented.
