COOKING SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking sheet in which convection of soup is excellent while cooking, scum collecting efficiency is high, and handling easiness is excellent. SOLUTION: The cooking sheet includes a nonwoven fabric sheet of airlaid nonwoven fabric having, as a main component, thermobonding synthetic fibers having a single yarn fineness of 2-30 dtex and a fiber length of 2-10 mm, and the airlaid nonwoven fabric having a mass per unit area of 20-100 g/m2, and a thickness of 0.4-4 mm. The sheet has three-dimensional patterns, one surface having a plurality of recessed parts, with a ratio of fiber density of 1 to 0.8-1.2 between the recessed parts and non-recessed parts, a ratio of mass per unit area of 1 to 1.2-20 between the recessed parts and the non-recessed parts, and a ratio of surface area of 1 to 0.8-12 between the recessed parts and the non-recessed parts.
