OFFSET CORRECTION CIRCUIT OF SENSE AMPLIFIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount an offset correction circuit on a semiconductor integrated circuit while performing a stable offset correction. SOLUTION: A disclosed device has capacitors and a control circuit and is suitably utilized for correcting an offset voltage of the sense amplifier. One terminal of the capacitor is connected to a constant voltage source and also an another terminal is connected to an input terminal of the sense amplifier through a switch. The control circuit connects the terminal of the capacitor and the input terminal of the sense amplifier through a switch by controlling the switch based on the offset voltage of the sense amplifier. Thus, by adjusting a potential difference between a pair of data buses in the sense amplifier, the offset voltage of the sense amplifier is corrected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
