Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience of being displayed with nothing on a display device before a content is displayed. SOLUTION: A content display control device 2 transmits a media ID inside media information inside metadata transmitted from a metadata distribution device 3 to a media accumulation device 6 (S5), receives media, and makes the media be displayed on a display device 1 (S9). The content display control device 2 transmits a content ID and a license ID inside the metadata to a license key issuing device 5 (S11), and receives a license key (S13). The content display control device 2 transmits the content ID to a content distribution device 4 (S17), and receives the content. The content display controller 2 decodes the content by the license key (S21), stops the media display (S23), and makes the content after the decoding be displayed on the display device 1 (S25).
