GUIDANCE APPARATUS AND GUIDANCE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform precise and easily understandable enhanced guidance at proper timing. SOLUTION: On the basis of an image pickup result by an image pickup means 710, an extraction means 720 extracts a changed target having a change in position or appearance and/or a non-changed target candidate having no change in position or appearance in a direction of a set movement route from this time of a moving body MV. Continuously, an evaluation means 730 evaluates the visibility and uniqueness of the target candidate by increasing the priority of the changed target candidate. Next, a determination means 740 determines the one having the highest qualification as a guide target is determined as the guide target on the basis of the evaluation result by the evaluation means 730. A generation means 750 generates guidance information using the determined guidance target as a landmark. A presentation means 760 presents the generated guidance information to a user.
