SOLUTION: This stacked heat exchanger is equipped with: a metallic pipe 47 for water as a water flow channel, composed of a clad pipe having a copper or copper alloy-based copper layer 48 on an inner face of an aluminum or aluminum alloy-based metallic pipe body 47a; and an aluminum or aluminum alloy-based metallic pipe 45 for a refrigerant as a refrigerant flow channel, stacked on the metallic pipe 47 for water and joined thereto.
