Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulating performance of a heat insulation object and to attain soaking of the heat insulation object. SOLUTION: This vacuum heat insulating structure is formed by disposing spacers (core members 18A-18C or spherical members 23) lower in heat conductivity than metal plates 11A, 11B, in an internal space 15 between the facing first and second metal plates 11A, 11B, and evacuating the internal space 15. In the vacuum heat insulating structure, a high conductive member 20 contacting the first metal plate 11A and higher in heat conductivity than the first metal plate 11A is disposed only between the first metal plate 11A out of the first and second metal plates 11A, 11B, and the spacers (18A-18C, 23).
