Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic rotary mechanism capable of rotating a closed impeller at high speeds using the hydraulic pressure of city water by preventing the rotation of the closed impeller from being inhibited due to a reduction in air pressure. SOLUTION: This hydraulic rotary mechanism 1 includes the closed impeller 3 having a vane 31 and disk-like side plates 32 installed on both sides of the vane 31 in the rotational axis direction, and a casing 2 having a turbine chamber 21 in which water is jetted to the closed impeller 3. The turbine chamber 21 includes an outlet 24 for flowing the water jetted to the closed impeller 3 to the outside of the turbine chamber 21, and air holes 25 for preventing an air pressure in the turbine chamber 21 from being lowered by the rotation of the closed impeller 3.
