SECONDARY WATERPROOF MEMBER OF EXTERIOR WALL JOINT, DOUBLE WATERPROOF STRUCTURE OF EXTERIOR WALL JOINT, AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING DOUBLE WATERPROOF STRUCTURE OF EXTERIOR WALL JOINT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary waterproof member 1 of an exterior wall joint installable in high working efficiency and capable of suppressing the interference thereof with a substrate or a fitting 5 for mounting an exterior wall panel. SOLUTION: This secondary waterproof member 1 of an exterior wall joint is stored in a vertical joint between exterior wall panels 3a, 3b on the indoor side to suppress the intrusion of water on the indoor side through the vertical joint. The secondary waterproof member includes: a first sheet body 17 which is flexible and water-resistant, which is formed long, and the width direction one end 19 of which is adhered watertight to the edge of the indoor surface 21 of the exterior wall panel 3a which faces the vertical joint; and a second sheet body 18 which is flexible and water-resistant, which is formed long, the width direction one end 20 of which is adhered watertight to the edge of the indoor surface 21 of the exterior wall panel 3b which faces the vertical joint, and the width direction other end 23 of which is joined watertight to the lateral other end 22 of the first sheet body 17.
