Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently predict or analyze the rolling resistance of a tire rolling on a road surface by a method different from a conventional method such as a finite element method. SOLUTION: When predicting the rolling resistance of the tire of rolling on a road surface, a value of a deflection angle frequency ωcis determined with time when a side part and a tread side part of the tire passes through a deflection area as one period, based on a range of the deflection area on the tire circumference where a deflection quantity of the tire exceeds a predetermined quantity, in the deflection distribution on the tire circumference deformed when the tire grounds on the road surface. Displacement having this deflection angle frequency ωcis imparted to an analytical model of connecting two forked models in series, and the rolling resistance of the tire is calculated.
